Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-09

These terms cover the third-party marketing account connection feature available to merchants in our merchant dashboard (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta advertising accounts). Use of this optional feature is subject to the terms below.

1. Description of the feature

Merchants may optionally connect their own Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta advertising accounts through the official OAuth consent flow of each respective platform. By completing that flow, the merchant explicitly authorizes us to access their account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for ensuring the Google/Meta account used for authorization has legitimate access to the relevant GA4 property, Google Ads account, or Meta ad account. The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of the conversion action names created in their own Google Ads account ("Submit Inquiry" / "Order Completed"); mismatched names causing offline conversion upload failures are not our responsibility.

3. Service availability

This feature depends on the availability of official Google and Meta APIs. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by changes, outages, or policy changes on those platforms, though we aim to adapt promptly. We reserve the right to adjust how this feature is implemented in response to platform policy changes (such as Google's September 2026 Developer Token deprecation) without reducing a merchant's already-granted access.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or applicable law requires; material changes will be announced in advance.
